Health Nut Kitchen’s mission is to inspire healthy lives through access to simple, wholesome food.

We’re committed to bringing real food to our community and bringing people together through a love of real food. We believe in helping people to have a better connection to what they eat through using nutritious ingredients, sourced locally where possible, and preparing food fresh in front of you.

Grab and go from our inner-city kitchen, or stay and chat to one of our passionate team. Either way we’ll leave you feeling satisfied.

How do you look after your health when you’re busy?

Walking our dog and most likely holding a coffee.

Why do you think we need more healthy places to eat in Auckland? 

Eating healthy is hard when you’re busy! The more convenient and accessible we can make healthy choices the better.

How do you look after your health when you’re busy? 

I always try to squeeze 10 minutes of exercise in everyday, its important to keep your body moving.

If you could invite anyone in the world for dinner, who would it be and what would you make?

Kate Beckinsale and Michael Jordan. I  would make my world famous in NZ grilled black bean pattie burgers.

At the gym…or at home with a cheeky red.

How do you look after your health when you’re busy? 

Making sure I get at least 8 hours sleep.

If you could invite anyone in the world for dinner, who would it be and what would you make?

Jamie Oliver and I would make crispy sesame tofu with zoodles, drizzled with peanut sauce.Yum!

At the gym or out for a bush walk.
